Table Mountain

Climbing Table Mountain is a must for every visitor. You’ll have magnificent panoramic views. Rumours have been told about "cultural interested" windsurfers who haven not been up Table Mountain once during their 4 months stay. Climbing the mountain via Platterklip gorge (front) can be accomplished in approximately in 1.5 hours. Using Skeleton gorge (side) is going to take you approximately 4 hours. This is the more scenic route as you begin your climb from the famous national Kirstenbosch botanical gardens, surrounded by the beautiful indigenous fauna and flora which provides a welcome relief from the sweltering sun. If all this seems a bit too sporty, you may make use of cable car, which will ascend you to the luxurious restaurant at the top in no time at all. Return tickets cost about R90.

Lionshead

For the more adventurous on full moon nights, climb Lionshead before sunset and watch the sun set the one side while the full moon rise the other all while enjoying a lovely picnic basket. The stunning 360 degrees panoramic views are incredibly breath taking. Another option is to climb it before sunrise and enjoy the sunrise with a nice little champagne breakfast.

Camps Bay

is THE beach to meet people and party with the Jetset. Welcome to little Miami! There are loads of hip cafes, restaurants and bars or just chill on the beach, play beachvolley with sexy people or start the night with a "sundowner" at many of the exciting watering holes nearby.

Winelands

Although Stellenbosch is the most visited wine area in Cape Town, you’ll even be able to find great wine estates close to town. For example Groot Constantia is definitely worth a visit. Feel free to order a nice picnic basket and relax in one of their vast, beautiful and well-established gardens. Additionally make a booking to do a cellar and wine-tasting tour. Taste the first-class superior quality South African wines all while having some fun with your friends.

Whale watching

It is only an hour’s drive to Hermanus. The landscape in and around Hermanus is simply breathtaking. There are endless, sandy beaches, a lagoon and dark green forests and quaint shops to browse through. During the mating season, you’ll find the whales turn up close to the beaches and are a beautiful sight to behold. From time to time you may even spot them out of the mating season.
